Little Hearts, Big Futures

One warm, practical workshop that brings it all together: a head start in the early years, getting ready for school and exams, friends and bullies, homework and screens, and how your child thinks and expresses themselves.

What we cover

Everything in one workshop, with the soft skills at the heart of it. And through it all, the most powerful lesson: children copy what we do more than what we say. Built on child-development research, such as Harvard's “serve and return” and emotion coaching, and on our team's years of teaching thousands of children.

1

A head start

The early years build everything: language, curiosity, play and good habits, from birth and even before.

2

Connection and big feelings

Being truly present, naming emotions, and helping your child, and you, calm down when it all gets loud.

3

Kind boundaries, real independence

Routines and limits that hold, and the right jobs for each age. Protecting without overprotecting.

4

Ready for school

Preparing your child for preschool, P1 and every new stage: routines, independence and a love of learning.

5

Homework without tears

A calm routine that builds ownership, so homework stops being a nightly battle.

6

Ready for exams

Study habits, steady revision and handling pressure, so exam time is calmer for the whole family.

7

Friends, bullies and leadership

Making friends, standing up for themselves, handling bullying, and growing into a kind leader.

8

Screens, games and addiction

House rules that work, healthy habits, and spotting the signs when screen time becomes a problem.

9

Communication and how they think

Helping your child express themselves, think things through and share what is on their mind.

What it looks like at each age

0 to 3: A head start

Serve and return: responding to babbles, gestures and cries. Gentle routines, lots of talk, and naming feelings early.

4 to 6: Ready for school

Learning through play, simple choices, small jobs at home, and the habits that make preschool and P1 a happy start.

7 to 12: Confident and responsible

Homework and exams without stress, friendships and bullies, screens, and talking about school without pressure.

Who it is for

Parents of children 0 to 12

Whether your child is a baby, a preschooler or in primary school. Come as a couple if you can.

Mothers-to-be and parents-to-be

Start with the bigger picture before your baby arrives, and walk in with confidence.

People in education

Preschool and primary teachers, tutors and caregivers: the same skills work in the classroom.

Who leads it

This workshop is led by our founder, who has taught thousands of children and coached thousands of parents himself. He brings vast experience, numerous case studies and real success stories from families just like yours.

Come with an open mind. Life is always folding and unfolding, and so is every child.

Questions people ask

Does it cover school and exams?

Yes, the side that makes the biggest difference: getting ready for each new stage, homework routines, study habits and handling exam pressure. It is not about exam technicals such as AL scoring or school posting.

My baby is not born yet. Is it too early?

Not at all. Mothers-to-be and parents-to-be are very welcome. Knowing the bigger picture early makes the first years calmer.

I am a teacher, not a parent. Can I join?

Yes. People in education are welcome, and everything we cover works in the classroom too.

Can both of us come?

Yes, and we encourage it. Children do best when the adults around them are on the same page.

Who leads the workshop?

Our founder leads it himself, drawing on years of teaching thousands of children and coaching their parents.
